Caramel Rolls




I got this recipe from my friend, Amy.  Don't let the number of ingredients overwhelm you.  It only takes a few minutes to prepare and it is really yummy for breakfast.

9 Frozen dinner rolls, I use Rhodes frozen rolls
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 package of butterscotch pudding (cooked, not instant)
1/2 package of vanilla pudding (cooked, not instant)
6 Tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of brown sugar

 Spray bundt pan with Pam. Sprinkle bottom of pan with pecan nuts.  In this photo, I use 1/2 of the nuts on one side of the pan, becuase my husband doesn't like pecans.
 Place frozen rolls in pan.

 Mix pudding in a bowl and sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture over the rolls.  In a sauce pan, heat brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon.  Bring to a boil and pour over rolls.
 Cover the budt pan with dish towel overnight (8-9 hours). 

 In the morning, bake at 350 degrees until brown. Approximately: 20 minutes.


Let cool for 5 minutes.  Invert pan on platter and Enjoy!
