Pan Roasted Vegetables on the Grill
We love to cook summer vegetables on the grill during the summer. You can line a grill pan with foil or you can make a pocket out of foil for the vegetables.
1/2 sliced onion
4-5 chopped potatoes (I used red)
1-2 peeled and sliced zucchini or yellow squash
1/2 bag of carrots
4-5 Tablespoons of butter
Non Stick Spray
First, Spray foil with non-stick spray. Prepare vegetables and place on foil. Top with slices of butter and use Mrs. Dash to season. Enclose foil pouch and place on grill.
