Chocolate Chip Cake



I made this cake for a Bar-B-Que. It is super easy to make and the pudding made it extra moist.
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix and ingredients to make the cake on the back of the box. (eggs, water and oil)
1 bag of mini chocolate chips
1 box of instant vanilla pudding (1 cup of milk)
1 can of chocolate icing (or powder sugar)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.  Mix yellow cake mix and ingredients to make the cake on the back of the box.  Mix for 2 minutes on medium low.  Next, add box of pudding and 1 cup of milk.  Mix on low speed until pudding and milk are thoroughly mixed in.  Then mix in 1 bag of mini chocolate chips.  Pour cake batter into 9x13 pan.
 Cook for 30-45 minutes.  Test cake with toothpick or cake testers.  Cake is done when the toothpick or cake tester comes out clean, without dough stuck to it.
 After cake cools, frost with the chocolate frosting or sift powder sugar over the cake for a lighter taste.
