Oriental Salad

2 bunches of romaine lettuce, cut up
3 green onions, diced
Layer lettuce and onions in covered bowl and chill for 1 hour in refrigerator

3 Tablespoons of soy sauce
1/3 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of white vinegar
3/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour

Crush ramen noodels and toss the remaining ingredients in with lettuce, onions and salad dressing.
2 cups of cooked chicken breasts cut up
3/4 cup of slivered almonds
3/4 cup of unsalted sunflower seeds
1 package of crushed ramen noodles, discard flavor packet

This is what I made for the girls.
