Chicken, Gravy and Potatoes
My daughter gave this recipe 10, on a scale of 1-10 and it is really easy to make. You can also use leftover ingredients, rather than ready to heat ingredients.
2 cups of cooked chicken breast, cubed
1-2 jars of chicken gravy
1 cup of mixed vegetables
1 package of ready to heat potatoes, I used Bob Evan's
Warm up the chicken breast, gravy, and mixed vegetables. Heat the potatoes according to the directions on the package. Spoon a serving of the potatoes onto a plate and spoon the gravy, chicken and vegetables over the potatoes. Enjoy
