Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz of cream cheese
1 diced jalapeno
1/2 lb of bacon
 In a bowl mix shredded cheese, cream cheese and diced jalapeno.

Spread cheesy jalapeno mixture on each chicken breast. Fold up edges and hold with toothpicks.
Wrap bacon around chicken and over toothpicks. Poke the toothpicks through the bacon.
 Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and is 165 degrees.
 Remove toothpicks and Enjoy!
