Kale Chips are easy to make and my kids love to eat them.
Rinse Kale and cut of tear into pieces. Place the kale in a zip-lock baggy with a teaspoon of olive oil and shake the baggy. The kale should be lightly covered with olive oil. Remove Kale from the baggy and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with Seasoning salt and place in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 5-10 minutes or until the kale is crisp. Enjoy!
